Delivered on time and even called me to offer options the day of as they did not have the red tulips. Happy with the service. Biggest area of improvement is in the message card. Thought the message I wrote would be printed on card stock or on a nice sheet but it was simply printed on a thin piece of printing paper and did not complement the beauty of the arrangement. Ended up leaving it off.
